We are excited to announce our new Quick-Sear series steaks! These are your favourite cuts, just cut approximately 3/4" thick for a 1-2 minute cook per side. Wagyu is rich, flavourful and a little bit goes a long way! Worried about overcooking? Not a problem, follow our instructions on Instagram(@pearsonwagyu) to reproduce amazing results each time! Being roughly 1/2 the size of our standard sized cuts, QS-Rib and QS-Striploin options are both cost effective, and every bit as flavourful as the full sized steaks! (Rib steak shown)
