From the loin area of our cattle comes the most tender of all cuts, the infamous tenderloin. These mildly flavoured steaks with moderate marbling have buttery flavour, are fork cutting tender, and are an excellent choice for a fine dining experience right from your home. The cut of a tenderloin encourages quick sear, then oven finish, but of course, these steaks are great on a BBQ topped with a portion of our rendered wagyu fat maple leaf medallion! (1-2 per pack, cut ~1.5" thick)
